Kosmo's ?
When using Kosmo's Chicken Soak, is this process being used to replace brining or in addition to?
Thanks |

In place of and I would highly recommend it. Did a Kosmos soak and regular brine test this weekend with thighs and there was a noticeable difference in the soak, it's good stuff. The pork soak is amazing too, did that with 4 racks of ribs. |
Chicken soak rocks!!

Kosmo's is a brine solution with some other goodies in it to increase the moisture holding capacity of each cell...it is very good! No reason to double up on a good thing!

Probably some of the best stuff out there. Don't even bother with the sample packs because your just gonna buy more anyways and if ya try it and don't like it I'll buy it from you that's how much I believe in it. I just order it from there website. I just had the beef injection tonight on some sirloin tips over a garden salad. What a treat. The real deal is the chix and pork soak though.
