The Rub Co. Santa Maria Style
 
We tried this rub on some choice CAB ribeye steaks the other night. They turned out to be the best I've ever cooked. This rub is MOST excellent on steaks, and will be in my regular rotation now. :thumb::thumb:


I may have to try it on beef ribs, not to mention the roast that was cut from those ribs, now.

I agree it's amazing how good this rub is. I'm using it on tri-tip, steaks burgers and just recently on home fries and hash browns. We just tried it on some turkey burgers last night (mixed in and on top) and it was great. I'm now considering testing it on a brisket at some point.

Ryan please let me know the next time you do a bulk order on this. I'm interested in a few pounds thanks.

Rob - Looks like you have found your season-all! Unfortunately, we had a bulk offer on the Santa Maria which doesn’t do much good since I just found out you wanted some. I have a 2 lb. bag for a dude that hasn't responded back to me. If he doesn't get at me this week, its yours. I'll let you know.

Bump. Now on to The Rub Co.'s Barbeque rub. We used it on some marinated lamb loin chops last night after reading Moose's thread...simply OUT FARKIN' STANDING! A great compliment to lamb.
