Thermometer Accuracy
I have several thermometers and while they all give pretty accurate readings at 212 under boiling water their readings at higher temps vary by as much as 75.
These higher temp readings were all taken at a point 3" down one of the vent holes in a Weber kettle.
Are these variances normal? I would hope not.
