The Fatty-Mex Chorizo Jalapeno Olives With Cheese

Hadn't done a fatty in awhile so I thought I would get to it. Went with a Mexican theme to go with salsa and chips during the game. The fixins' were JD hot sausage, bacon, chorizo link, jalapeno, garlic, onion and black olives.

The Ingredients:

Overall it was pretty good. Needs some fine tuning which is always fun. Thanks for looking.

Man that looks good, I'll have to try that out. What temp did you cook it at and for how long?

Thanks. I cooked it at about 300 for roughly 3 hours. I do them to at least 165 degrees give or take(depending on filling). My thermo was dead so I just eyeballed this one.
