Vacuum Sealing and selling in bulk.

A couple questions on vacuum sealing pulled pork. Is there a certain amount you like to seal per bag?

Also if you sell pulled pork in bulk, how much do you typically charge? Do you sell per pound at any volume, or do you on sell certain pre-measured amounts? (1, 5, 10 lbs etc?)

Thanks

Hi Dex, have you ever vac sealed a product, then reheated it in bulk? If so, was there much quality variance?

I have only done pulled pork. I personally find little to no difference. Sometimes I even think "leftovers" taste even better. That is just my opinion though.
