Competition Cooking class in Seattle area
On march 19th I will be giving a competition cooking class in Auburn WA, we are limiting the class to 50. I will be teaching the techniques I'm using and will cover everything from trimming, rubs and injection, cooking techniques based on the cooker you are using, glazes and sauce to doing turn-in boxes.
Will be a long day but should be a good time.

That will be a priceless day and I am sure your students will get their money's worth.
