PP for the new year.

Heading to a new years eve party tomorrow night and I am bringing the pulled pork. Fired up the drum today since the weather is not supposed to be good tomorrow. 2 butts totaling 13 lbs. 5 hours averaging about 300*.

I didn't get any pictures after it was pulled but it turned out great. I am going to serve on rolls for PP sliders.
