All done by myself and some family and friends who helped and wich i owe some bigtime "all inclusive" bbq summer nights.

Still waiting for a good deal on a stainless work table and some racks but so far this is going to be a good place to prepare some BBQ

So long,

DM

And heres the first food i prepped inside, an 8 pound bone in ribeye roast. The cow was living about 300 meters from my home

I trimmed it and put into a drybag to let it dry age for about 4 weeks.
