leftover pork shoulder, pull and store? (now with PRON!)

So I have an extra portion of pork shoulder leftover.

Should I pull it, and then store it, or leave the roast whole?

What's the best way to do it for leftovers?

A Foodsaver is the way to go for long term storage. It vac pacs and will pay for itself quickly. We pull it and divide into portions per bag.
 
I've actually got a nice chamber Vac, (the Vacmaster VP215).

But we plan on eating it tomorrow. If I just leave it as a roast, will it just turn into something I will slice tomorrow, or can it be pulled cold?
