Turkey Injection Recipe?

Can someone share a good turkey injection recipe? I'm planning on cooking it in the oven. :tape: Thanks!

Whether oven roasting or deep frying, I always seem to like Cajun Injectors Butter Creole. That's commercial of coarse so if you're looking for a homemade juice maybe someone else will chime in.

I've heard a lot about the Cajun Injectors Butter Creole too around here. But I've never used it. But one tip to remember if using pepper in your injection - use white pepper. That way your meat doesn't look like it has an infestation of little black bugs!

I've used Scottie's Creole Butter and it comes out great!

Apple juice, butter, and The Rub Co. Competition Style rub. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minuts. Strain with cheese cloth and inject. I did it last year. EXCELLENT!

German Liebfraumilch wine or another sweet wine such as Riesling, butter, honey, fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, marjoram, parsley, ect.), salt, and black pepper.

Depending on the size of the turkey I start with 1-1/2 cups wine and add a couple tablespoons butter, 3/4 cup honey, a few sprigs of the fresh herbs then heat until everything is mixed well then adjust the ingredients to suit my taste.

I keep mine simple. I use butter infused with 3 garlic cloves and yellow onion, strain and inject into a cold bird.
