Greetings and salutations from a country 12 times smaller then the State of Texas with a population of around 3.6 million and a GDP smaller then what members here probably spend on meat 
The lovely country of Croatia.
Been grilling for years and looking to smoke for about the same time. Alas finally decided it is time to start doing it and me being the eternal optimist the decision was to build my own reverse flow smoker.
