My first documented all nighter

I've pulled a couple of all nighters cooking a shoulder but this shall be the first to grace the Internet and it will also be the first to contain 2 shoulder so far I have been cooking for about 5 hours and just basted it with apple juice I an using a mix of hickory and apple might turn out nice

What are you cooking them on? Two are just as easy as one so I bet you nail them.

I got a little vertical propane thing it worked pretty damn good in the past although I could use a better thermometer for it to make it easier to control temp accurately.

So I slept for 6 hours and during that time the propane tank just about ran out so I had to throw it in the oven at 200 yay. I will have to get the propane tank filled real soon but it looks alright anyways.
