Here's some Pron of my ribs, brisket point and sausage links. Cleaning out the freezer.

Hey, you live in Keller. Have you been to Homestead Farms in Keller. I found them online, and wonder if it is worth the trip from Frisco to do some grass-fed beef shopping.

I havn't tried them, since i'm on a pretty tight budget. They're about a mile from me.

Have you tried www.hirschsmeats.com in Plano? I miss living close by and stopping in there.

I have heard of them. I need to go there one of these days. I can get USDA Prime steaks here in Frisco.

I want to get some grass fed ribeyes and dry age them. I love the flavor a a dry aged, grass fed steak. I thought I'd give that place in Keller a try.

If you go there, even just to window shop, let me know what you think.
