Just wondering if anyone has added a pellet smoker to their Bandera, or other type of smoker for that matter. I was just thinking it might be a nice convient function to have on some of those longer smokes when you don't have time to constantly be minding the smoker, or if you want to just set it and forget it sometimes.
Just kind of wondering if or how well it would work, and how hard it would be to setup/add to a conventional wood burning smoker, or if its even possible. I know nothing about pellet smokers.
