Wagyu Steak Tostada Salad PRONz

Good evening ladies and gents,

A very good friend of mine was over at my house during the weekend and we grilled some Wagyu NY's. Apparently I buy a few too many and decided to do something with the remaining steaks. I decided on Tostada for tonight's dinner. I apologize for the cell pics once again but like I alway say "Oh well!"

Here are the beauts

My last piece of steak and I'm pretty much done with the bowl at this point. Way to much food but delicious at that.

Washed it down with these for the night. Love me some SA.

Its excellent stuff. My local butcher will get different cuts and phones me right away as soon as he gets it. Its not always availalble so I usually take the whole case. :hungry:

How in the world did you resist the urge to just knaw that meat right off the grill????

northernrescue3321 06-12-2013 11:39 AM

That wagyu is some gorgeous stuff isn't it? I think I'll splurge for the 4th of July, which also will be my Grandmother's 88th birthday and cook a wagyu brisket. Nice picks!!!

That looks fantastic!
