Good evening ladies and gents,
A very good friend of mine was over at my house during the weekend and we grilled some Wagyu NY's. Apparently I buy a few too many and decided to do something with the remaining steaks. I decided on Tostada for tonight's dinner. I apologize for the cell pics once again but like I alway say "Oh well!" Its excellent stuff. My local butcher will get different cuts and phones me right away as soon as he gets it. Its not always availalble so I usually take the whole case. :hungry: |

That wagyu is some gorgeous stuff isn't it? I think I'll splurge for the 4th of July, which also will be my Grandmother's 88th birthday and cook a wagyu brisket. Nice picks!!!
