Pork and other stuff

Found some pork steaks on sale today that I couldn't pass up....:)

Here they are seasoned with 2 weber seasonings.

Then got some little potatoes and put them on the grill and after 20 min or so I wrapped with butter and lawrys seasoned salt.

Which seasoning did you like best on the pork steaks?

Looks like a nice, simple meal!

Looking good Tony/Maribel! Pork steaks are so good. Gotta love that pork fat on them. I'm liking that rice!!! Do you guys like curry? Next time you make a batch of rice, melt some butter over it before fluffing it. Add some lemon pepper and curry powder.........MMMMMMMMMMMM. My wife and kids won't eat it any other way now!

I mixed them together.

But the chiken and rib seasoning works great on chicken.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curry_powder Next time you are at the grocery store, try some out. Some are hotter than others. Go easy on it at first. Great way to spice up rice.
