My plan was to clean out the freezer 1 1/2 racks of baby backs, boneless skinless chicken thighs for chicken bombs, a pack of hot sausage. Easy start at noon no problem, I get a text at 9 am "are you cooking"

separated flat and point, flats in the cooler points diced and in the juice from wrapping. For those of you not sold on hot and fast, give it a try 15 lb packers from fridge to cooler in 5 hours.

First chicken bombs were a success, ribs were great, yardbird and bone sucking sauce. The flat wasn't as good as the past ones but the burnt ends were my best so far.

I have a keg and he drinks bud light. But I did end up with half the burnt ends and part of one of the flats.

One of the jalapenos was red, they were little guys from the garden.
