Tri-Tip dinner courtesy of "The Big Dog"
Found a nice tri and decided to put the 26 inch Weber to work.
http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/...ps39398c20.jpg Gave it a reverse sear. http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/...ps15417592.jpg Sliced up that heavenly cut of beef http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/...psf6c783c4.jpg Plated with smoked tater salad and an asparagus thing my wife makes. Cooked asparagus, then marinated in Italian dressing with lots of capers thrown in. Then top with Feta cheese when plated. One of my favorite sides. http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/...ps03685bd0.jpg One of my favorite meals.. |
