Cooked 6 whole chickens yesterday and a pork butt.
Brinned the chickens over night. Chopped ingredients to stuff the chickens mixed with olive oil, and salt lick seasoning.

My wife got a new dutch over for the house so I took the old one for my cooking. After 5 hours of smoke I loaded the butt in the dutch over to finish and here she is whole then shredded.
