Hey thanks it was a great event not only was that a first place brisket it was also a 180 brisket:grin: now if I can just improve my pork maybe I can get a GC

Congrats big time! Did not get a chance to congratulate you in person. Now if you could work on your goat for next year ........... and you asked me if I was cooking in the goat category, never after hearing your description of the meat after it was smoked! Too funny.
