A Little Rob Co. Original pRon

I recently received a sample from Ryan, and was really looking forward to putting it to the test. Thawed out a rack of beef ribs, rubbed them down with Original on the topside and Santa Maria bone side. I decided to put these on the Sm BGE, this little thing is truly bad ass.

Thanks.....Can't say for sure, but it's not much. I have just been utilizing the smaller leftover pieces from my cooks on the Lg.

Rub Co. Original was a great choice for these beef ribs, it paired VERY well with the Santa Maria on the bone side. We will most definitely be using it a lot in the future, thank you Ryan :thumb:

Nice work Tim, tell me, did you use a bulldog to cut those things? Next time I come over, I am bringing a knife sharpener for you. :-P

bluetang 05-27-2011 05:48 PM

Those beef ribs look fantastic. I have yet to even get close to that quality.

Didn't have to turn these in Bob, I was lucky to get a pic before they disappeared
