Vision Grills Contacted Me Today
I received an email today from Vision Grills. This what it said.
Dear Jed: I was looking through your site today and notice in one photo that it looks like your gaskets are in pretty bad shape. Can I send you a set? I can only guess that this is what she saw. http://i1308.photobucket.com/albums/...psa19fd83b.jpg I have had this Kamado since February of this year. But as many of you know, I cook on it at least 5 nights a week or more. I called them and thanked them for their interest and told them I would love a new set of gaskets. The following message appeared. This message was sent to you at the request of Vision Grills, to notify you that they have shipped a package to you. For details about your shipment or to track your package, please refer to the information below. Now that my Brothers is exceptional Customer Service. |

Um...WOW! That is amazing!
They have been sending me messages (via the voice in my head) telling me to stop dycking around and buy one already.
That's customer service at its best!
Well, that is some sorry looking grills. Man, you got site traffic, that is also nice, you are getting noticed. I never get any swag.
Wow...Preemptive Customer Service...Nice Work Vision!
Dang with all of my home made jobbies ain't no one gonna send me parts! LOL.....Great story!
It is good marketing on their part. They figured you would give them a shout out and also, they don't want their product on your blog with faulty or damaged seals. Very smart business on their part. Great company!
Makes me want to buy one to replace my current grill.
That's how they do. Their service is second to none the two times I dealt with them. They ship fast and free wheather its gaskets or a heavy ceramic piece.
That's customer service right there! That makes me want to buy from them now.
I have nothing to say but wonderful things about the service I've Rcvd from Vision Grills. Matter of fact I owe them a review of their new Kub as soon I can get a couple more cooks on it. Never ending rain & work put a damper on my grilling as of late 8-). 1st impressions is that it nibbles lump yet stays hot for a long time... I'm talking 450-500 degree for 4+ hrs with less then a 1/4 weber chimney. Will do a Chuckie low & slow next.
wow! it's one thing to call and ask, but to be contacted w/offer is really a cut above!
