Ass-up Pizza Pie
Used a Sausage blend as a Pizza Crust.
70% pork and 30% beef mince, dry onion and Garlic with heaps of a Cajun Pepper blend Tasted Awesome, crust was a bit droopy, but we did try full slice sizes, all the flavours blended well. http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...psc48ac1cd.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps0c9abdfd.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...psd5d18ed1.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...psd3b29250.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...psd3532e45.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...psfbc3d9bd.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps26dcf562.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/j...ps7fb8b02a.jpg We are going to do another of these and slice into 50mm x 50mm slices and use as entree/beer snacks. The taste is a nice blend, also a novel serve we believe. Thanks for looking in |
