Everyone always askes me what they can make me for my birthday, This year I'm getting exactly what I want, my BB Ribs! :cheers:

Should be another 30 minutes or so until my pit is pouring thin blue, The the ribs will be ready to go on. Hopefully runnin around 275-300* today, we'll see where the pit is happy....;

hour in, holding right at 280. I"m usin the stoker to graph the cook, but that's pretty much where my cooker runs with one hole completely open

Gettin close. Pit has bumped up to 285, and seems to be riding there now, Not gonna worry about a few *'s. Just did the bend test, not quite there yet, but close...

Happy birthday! I wish I could crack a Sweet Water anything, had the 420 at the Nashville airport and it was excellent.
