Ran under hot water Microwaved 45 seconds Shook in colander and patted dry 1/4 sheet pan lined with foil Coated pan and okra with olive oil/ coconut works Seasoned with Fiesta Fajita Seasoning Sprinkled lightly Japanese Panko Single layer Into 450* Oven Stir after 15 minutes let go another 10-15 or desired doneness (sp) |
