nice!!! I came across a couple pounds of vacpacked frozen briskey in the freezer yesterday. I know what's for dinner tonight!!

Stupid question time - did you have it vacuum sealed as a leftover chunk then sliced for reconstituting or did you have it sliced and vacuum sealed?

If it was a leftover chunk, did you slice it partially frozen or let it thaw first?

I need to duplicate this and must know the steps.
