First shot at beef ribs

I have never cooked beef ribs. Well, not on the smoker. I love cooking and eating brisket and have been wanting to try ribs for quite a while now. So today after golf I said today's the day.

One of my favorites!! Looks great! I'm doing a bunch of them on Monday. Can't wait!

I took them till they were over 200 it. Is that about what you do?

I cook mine about 265 for about 2-1/2 hours sitting in a shallow pan. I then put in a half can of Liptons beef broth and tightly cover with foil. Cook almost 2 more hours. Remove foil for about a half hour. Remove from smoker and let rest for about 20 minutes. Very tendy and beefy!
