My first fatty! W/ prOn
Decided to do a bacon cheeseburger fatty. Made my bacon weave, layed out my hamburger meat, cheese on one side. Applied ed watley's steak shake seasoning, rolled, a little Worcestershire on the outside, wrapped in the weave. On the smoker for about 2.5 hours with hickory and a little apple wood. Came out delicious!

I've never done straight beef....I've mixed hamburger meat 1/2 and 1/2 with sausage

Well his is actually like 1/2 pork 1/2 beef......it's bacon wrapped so it has to be good
