Saturday brisket flat
I picked up a 6 3/4 pound flat to smoke today.:-D

Kind of a small smoke ring but it was tender and juicy with a great flavor.:-D |
Looks great. I don't think the smoke ring is to small.

Excellent looking brisket. Ditto for the pool water, I gotta get my heat pump going so that I can clean the green winter crap on the bottom of mine out.
|
Looks like an awesome job.
Looks moist, great smoke ring and beautiful presentation. Congrats. |
I'd be proud of that. Don't be such a tough critic.

Looks great. I hope mine turns out that well. I think you're just rubbing it in w/ the pool. :) Most pools up here still have winter slime on them.
|
That's one thing I don't miss, the first spring cleaning of the pool. We use ours year round.
|
Smoke ring looks fine form here! Think I will try to find my sun tea jug for today!
|
Great Lookin Grub!
