Sirloin tip roast?

What is it. I was looking for a tri tip and the guy at Winn Dixie said they usually throw those away? So I got a sirloin tip roast. I was looking for something I have never smoked, what would be the best way to smoke and season it? We like medium rare stuff so would 135 be good? It looks like a lean cut of meat about 1.5 pounds.

If it's like the Sirloin Tip Roast in this thread...

I have enjoyed them cooked to medium rare, and also as demonstated in that thread, obviously. PErsonally, I recommend medium rare!:thumb: Put it in a pan to collect the juices to either make some excellent au jus, or gravy, or just toss some veggies in the pan to cook with the roast like you are making pot roast, but in the smoker!:thumb:
