Plowboys Fin and Feather

So I got bovine bold, yardbird, and fin and feather by plowboys at bass pro and have been using them sparingly because of the sodium content. All 3 are great, but whew- I was really surprised by the fin and feather. It's great on chicken, probably made for fish, and might be good on pork. It does have a fairly strong lemon/citrus character to it though. I think it might be my favorite of the three.

I realy like the Fin & Feathers on wings. Good stuff. The Yardbird does get salty if you use too much.

Yep, I just mentioned this in another thread. Fin & Feather is my go to poultry rub. I don't eat fish but the wife said it's great on salmon. I do find Yardbird rather salty anymore. Maybe it's always been that way and I never noticed before.

I use fin and feather on salmon all the time. I have used it on chicken with good results, but I prefer yardbird for chicken.
