If you have not discovered it yet, the motor is on backwards in the first pic of your assembled oven. It will fit on the bracket much farther if reversed.

Second cook on the Blackstone Pizza Oven. "Rustic" Pulled Pork Pizza with Onions, Mushrooms, Red Bell Peppers and a 50/50 mix of pizza sauce and BBQ sauce.

The pizza went in at 650 stone temp and was done in just under 4 minutes. I need to take a flashlight with me next time. I should have pulled it 20 seconds sooner.

Congrats! Looks like a lot of fun. I wonder how it performs with a thinner crust seeing it will cook so quickly.

Lots of guys on pizzamaking.com are using it for Neopolitan pizza with 90 second bake times with great looking results. I'll probably play around with that at some point.

I have done some real thin NY pies. In the middle of the dough before topping I could actually see through it. Good thing it was in the middle and not towards the outer section.
