The builds

Hi all. I stared 2 builds a couple of weeks ago. The first is a 80 gal hot water tank. The second is 105 - 110 gal water filter tank (my buddy hooked me up). I am looking for some advice on the door on the second. After I cut it, it sprang out about 3/8''. I fired up both my chimneys and put a blower to them. Let the door heat up for an hour. Put it in some bar clamps and pulled it in 3/8" past where it needed to be. Let it cool completely. When I removed the clamps it sprang back to where it was. Any ideas on how to get it back to shape? Having trouble posting the pics.

I have made some progress on them. The water heater smoker is finished. That was a Birthday/Fathers day present for my stepdad. He did not know until 1/3 way through the build when I asked him where he wanted his shelves. Made his day and was ready to get it finished. Had ribs for the second cook. Ready to put the doors on the other. Still need to pick up some more square tube to finish the racks for the shelves. Here are pics. Have not figured out how to put notes between pics.
