Not sure what I'm going to cook yet.

Got a corned beef brisket soaking as we speak, so a smoked corned beef pastrami thing will be happening and will most likely make a batch of colcannon to go with it. We'll also have hors de vors, and lots of beer of course.

I plan to cook green beer. I use the term "cook" loosely.

Working a brisket from our last steer from the farm. Home made corned beef is brining right now.

M-I-L is doing most of the cooking...I'm gonna bring over some ABT's (hey, the pepper's green at least).
