I haven't posted in a while, do to my new job at Power Ford in Valencia, Ca. Going back to work after a year and a half off takes some getting used to. I drive parts in the morning and customers in the afternoon, its work so thats ok.

Rib-eye's with salt, pepper, and Southern Flavor BBQ Rub

I use Grape Seed Oil for searing it takes the heat better

Searing @ 550* for two min. a side for marks

Pulled and tented while I got the hear down under 400*

Roasted on a raised grid for 4-min. on one side and 2-min. on the other interior temp. @ 125*

Plated with Baked potato with home grown chives. Drizzled with a good Balsamic Vinegar, blue cheese, and sliced tomato from the farmers market

Pretty much the way I like them too Ross! I never would have thought about grapeseed oil so I learned something and will have to try it!
