First time comp

Im going to enter in my first competition, and am struggling to decide what cut of beef to make. What is your favorite cut??. I have five hours from start to box delivery.

IMHO, if this is an option, you've chosen the wrong competition...

Pichana. Coat it with salt, cook it medium rare and slice it 1/4 in thick. Should take no more than 1 1/2 hrs. Use the rest of the time to enjoy some beverages.
