I have a Yoder YS640 and here's what I cooked for Mom's Birthday on Sunday. Stupid me, I didn't take any pictures.

This was my 1st Brisket and my 2nd Pork Butt. Both came out good, especially the butt. It was so moist and pulled apart without any effort. Tender too!
