Turkey Guidance/Math Help

I going to smoke then fry two 18 pound turkeys. The goal is to get the turkeys to 130 in the smoker then finish it off in the air fryer. The fryer says 10min. per lb. to cook a raw turkey. Now the questions:

Cooking @ 230 what am I looking at to get the bird to 130?

Will the fryer still require the 10min per pound to finish off?

Thanks for any help, Ive googled all day with few straight answers.

What air fryer do you have that will hold an 18lb bird?
