Hello all. I am new to smoking, but so far am having a blast trying new things. I kind of just jumped in head first without any sort of background or knowledge in cooking good meat. I would love a little direction if anyone wants to throw me a couple tips or good rubs to buy or anything like that. i've been using a head country rub i found and its ok, but i dont really have much to go on.
