Therma pen, best place to buy one? Liners?
Finally gonna order me one, where you guys getting them?
A while back saw a thread about diposable liners for the chafing trays, link? Where do you guys order your plastic gloves, those white or black ones? Thanks |
The liners I get at Sam's Club in the restaurant section, the gloves I also get there in the pharmacy area but they're blue. I've seen black ones at Harbor Freight. I'm one of the few without a Therma pen so I can't help on that one.

Thermopens can be had at www.thermoworks.com

I bought the black heavy duty gloves at O'Reilly's Auto Parts. About $20 for 100, and they work great.

I get my pan liners here and really like them. This link is to the full pan ones I get, but they have lots of different sizes too.

I buy food service gloves at GFS. For a Thermapen I've ordered straight from the company once. Bought the six pack as I recall for the discount as part of a group buy. If you can round up a few people that want one everyone saves a few dollars.

I buy black nitrile gloves here:
http://www.mohawkmedicalmall.com/Mer...s_XLarge_Bx100 Sometimes you can get a good deal on a thermal pen when they have an open box sale. |
You may really be in luck!! Just got this in an email from Thermoworks, the "Buddy Sale"
http://www.thermoworks.com/emails/20...-buddy-sale-cs Even better price than the "Open Box Sale" |
For the gloves are you talking about the nitrile gloves linked above or the black insulated gloves for handling hot food.
I like to do business with fellow BBQers so I get my black insulated gloves here... http://texasbbqrub.com/bbqgloves.htm |
Didn't think about insulated gloves. Also another Brethren site. Bought theses and really like them. Any would be good.
