I'd love to become a member of the Zero club, so I decided to do a BBQ Breakfast Pizza for BBQ Pizza Throwdown.

Here are the ingredients:

Here is the dough, spread out. I've never made my own, so I kept it simple:

Made the country gravy on the stove and spread it on the dough:

Scrambled the eggs on the OTG:

Sprinkled on the pie:

Cooked the Gunnoes country sausage on the OTG. Gunnoes is a local company here in Goode, VA that makes the best sausage I've ever had:

Sprinkled on the pie:

Added shredded Colby Jack and mozzarella:

On the OTG. I don't have a pizza stone (yet) so I put a sheet of aluminum foil under the grate to keep the bottom from burning:

Off the OTG:

It was incredible!

A big thanks to my lovely wife for all of her help :-D

Thank you for your time.

pizza has been one of those "I need to make one soon" things..this definately gave me the inspiration..hell, I didnt know there was premade pizza dough:eek:

Sent from Galaxy tab

I would eat that, I love 'dough from a tube'

Hahaha!!!

I feel guilty.

You people really put a lot of effort into the crust and I just wimped out on that.

I've never made home made pizza crust before and I didn't want to experiment on a Throwdown, but I will learn soon.

Looks great Dave!! I've never tried tubed dough but your pizza looks tasty. Will add this to my to-do list! Thanks :thumb:
