Hi there... I've been thinking about starting up a restaurant/BBQ spot for years. Pretty much ever since I've started catering (about 5 years part time). Well due to a certain turn in events I think its time I step into the deep end and start pulling my snit together and REALLY start looking into this. Could any of you kindly offer any good links or reads (will purchase books) about opening and running a restaurant and its kitchen? It would be highly appreciated!

Check to see if Mike Mills still does like a 3 day seminar about running a BBQ business, I think that could be a potential great value for opening a restaurant.
