I have some country style ribs I grabbed out the freezer, with these does 2-2-1 at 240 sound about right? Or is there a better way??

I do them more like a pork shoulder, rub and put into 250F heat, run til it's done. It takes about 3 to 4 hours. You can also grill them. I don't think of them as ribs, I think of them as tiny pork shoulders.

same. try slathering a couple in mustard and then put some rub on em. Try different flavors of mustard as well. Once they are done, they make great pulled pork sammies. never wrapped mine but i imagine that it will work great. wrap at 165 and then cook till done..

Yea I'm going to play with em, try different stuff. Inject a couple, try 2 different sauces I made. I like playing with my food .. guess I never grew out of it :becky:
