It's an awesome *70 this afternon in OKC so I decided to do a bit of top sirloin that we got the other day, used a bit of Eads rub on them & a dab of horseraddish, and came out perfect! The GF did her mashed potatoes with some 6 blend cheese, sour cream & crushed garlic and we are having an awesome early dinner today. What's everyone else cookin'?
