Looks like roll polystyrene, if that roll is 10 or 15 mil and 100 feet it probably weights 40 lbs. Interesting idea though.

I can see some real nice benefits to having my disposable cutting board take up the same foot print as my alluminum foil.

There was a thread here yesterday where someone was selling those. Looks like a good idea!

It's $99 plus shipping. They are 20" by 24". I believe (but I'm not sure) that there are 100 per roll.

I'm trying something like that myself this weekend. We didn't get our disposable cutting boards ordered for Lexington, so I cut 4 homemade cutting boards out of some styrene sign material I had laying around. Tested it quick last night.. knife barely made a scratch.

How do I order them???

Yep. I tried looking in Q-Talk, Comp and General For Sale yesterday and couldn't find it either.

I would be concerned about them laying flat, especially near the end of the roll. Any issues with that?

ok, am i the only one wondering... if a knife doesn't cut through it which makes it a good cutting board... then how do you cut them off the roll!!!

To piggyback on Ron's comment, we are always watching for members who's sole purpose of joining the Brethren is to make money. It's not what we're about and it's not fair to those who've purchased a Vendor Forum if we let everyone pimp their wares when and where they feel like it.

The rolls are perforated, and tear off easily. If you intentionally try to cut through it, you will. If you however use it like a normal cutting board, you won't :caked:

There is an email address at the end of the video, but I think Twisted Brisket needs a web site with secure online ordering. It's not hard or expensive to set up a simple site (maybe $5 a month), and PayPal will let you take credit cards without having to set up a merchant account (expect to pay ~2.5% for a credit card payment).
