Christmas Dinner
 
I would like to cook a Prime Rib on my grill( I have a Chargriller Smokin Pro), any suggestiosn as to recipes, technique?

All advice is appreciated.

There are a couple of threads about this still active, but, here goes.

I like to rub with kosher salt, medium grind black pepper, Todd's Dirt or fresh herbs if you got em. Then into the smoker or cooker. I use a kettle and like to have it going t 400F, put meat in, let it come back to temp, then shut down intakes to bring temp down to 275F or so, and let it cruise until done. I pull at 130F or so, although I am being told that is not going to happen this ear, and I am going to let it go to 140F. I think not.
