Smoked Pig Feet
Anyone ever smoke pig feet? A friend is having a party this weekend and want me to smoke some pig feet for him. I've been practicing and each time the skin comes out tough. :doh:
Anyone have suggestions for smoking pigs feet where I can get the skin eatable? |
No. All skin and bone with very litle meat. Good luck.

The only way to get them somewhat edible is deep frying them. Many of the mom and pop stores here sell them and they are deep fried. Not much meat on em, but fun to just gnaw on em.
