Mainely Grillin' and Chillin' Country BBQ State Competition's (Aug 7 - 9, Eliot, Maine) regular entry deadline is fast approaching. Entries must be postmarked by this coming Monday, June 1st to avoid late entry penalty!

How many teams so far Laurel? These NEBS teams are slower than I am for signing up for contests...

Are there any grilling rules? I'm trying to figure out if I want to get my butt handed to me, or if I just want to grill something for myself... Or just bring Italian beefs and not do anything... Hmmmm.... What should I do? :roll:

-People's Choice. Turn-in 11:30 am. We'll supply the meat. Selling tickets to the public as a fundraiser for the Farm.
-Iron Chef. Reveal Secret Ingredient at 10:30am. Turn-in at 2pm. Limited to the first 25 teams. 6 VIP judges. sponsored by JPs Shellfish www.jpshellfish.com
