Don't forget Southern BBQ Network(SBN), Texas Gulf Coast BBQ Cookers Association (TGCBCA), Central Texas BBQ Association (CTBA), South Carolina BBQ Association (SCBA), and I think Memphis in May still holds sanctioning authority...

Memphis in May runs the WCBCC event. The sanctioning is done by Memphis Barbecue Network (MBN).
