I just love a good strip loin steak.. I worked a little better on my grill marks..Rubbed with Montreal Steak rub... enjoy

Nicelyu done Try putting 1/2 tsp of kosher salt on each side and let her sit for an hour- basically 15 min per 1/4 inch rinse off, pat dry and good- really good and more tender

I'm more of a ribeye kind of guy, but many more posts like that and I could become an easy convert:decision:! Great looking steaks & cook well executed!
